When I try to log into HMNow, it just goes back to home screen and ask to log in again. I pay for the feature to Roku. When I contacted Hallmark, they say Hallmark account not active. Roku customer phone service not available due to Covid-19. I believe I need a ROKU Pin #, and I am uncertain as to what email HMNOW wishes to use in subscribing. I get the ads thru my primary email. My service thru ROKU seemed to end when our subscription expired without an advance notice of it. Now, when I direct my Roku ro HMNOW, all I get to see is the upcoming and new showings.
